A little island energy has landed in San Juan Capistrano. The Shore brings Chef Michael Campbell ’s experience in Hawaii back to Orange County with Hawaiian-inspired bowls, fresh poke, musubi, loaded burritos, and handcrafted shave ice made with real fruit. The concept is intentionally approachable, pairing chef-driven technique with the kind of food you want after a day outside. Fresh, colorful, casual, and heavily influenced by the flavors and culture Campbell experienced while working on Maui.
